Client Testimonials

After years of trying, I didn’t think anyone would give me a second chance. Things started to turn around within just a few months of CRB going to work on my behalf. All three of my credit scores have gone up at least 90 points. Rather than constantly hearing “No”, I am now starting to hear “Yes” and it feels great!

Our Process

The credit repair process starts with you:

Our process doesn't start with anything more than a consumers drive to improve their credit standing. Whether it is to lower their interest rates, qualify for a mortgage or recover after a bankruptcy. Whatever the reason, it all starts there, with the consumer having a drive and desire to better their life.

Free consultation:

Once you determine that you want a better life CRB will begin with a free, five-point consultation in which we will first analyze your unique credit situation in order to thoroughly understand your particular situation. Next, we will take the necessary time to educate you about your current credit standing. That process consists of going over all derogatory credit accounts, collections, judgments, tax and civil liens, bankruptcies, excessive inquiries and other related items. We will then go over all of your interrelated personal information in order to best understand the situation at hand. We will then discuss whether CRB is right for your particular situation, as it may not always be in the consumer's best interest to retain our services. Last, should we decide to move forward, we will discuss the different membership programs and which is best suited for your individual needs.

Complete the CRB Membership Agreement:

There are a couple ways to get the necessary paperwork back to us to get you heading down the road to a better life. The easiest way is for an agent to guide you through our web based member sign up system. It's located on our website and is very easy to use; just add your information and you're on your way. If you prefer we will send you the required membership packet and you simply fill it in completely and send it back. Soon after your file is received by our processing department you will get a call from a Credit Education and Restoration Processor to ensure your file is complete and to continue the progress. These same processors will be available to you through out your entire membership!

Initiate the credit restoration process:

As soon as we receive all the necessary documentation, we will initiate the credit restoration process. CRB will begin by analyzing your current credit situation and creating a custom plan that will most benefit your credit file. We will then put your unique plan into motion by contacting the three credit bureaus and initiating the dispute process.

Start receiving updates from the credit bureaus:

You should receive your first response from the credit bureaus within 45 days. It is not uncommon for the bureaus to send a letter of confirmation simply stating they have received your dispute within the first two weeks. You will also receive full updates from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion throughout that time frame. It is very important that you do not respond to any correspondence from the credit bureaus, as there is a high probability of hindering the credit restoration process if you choose to do so.

Receive and forward your correspondence to CRB:

It is imperative that you forward all of the information that you receive from the credit bureaus within 48 hours of receipt and allow us to take the necessary and appropriate actions. The correspondence sent by the credit bureaus is often confusing and difficult to understand. You may be tempted to make notes and mark the updates from the bureaus. But please do not do this as it may interfere with the processing of your file. If you wish to make notes on the accounts listed within the update, you are welcome to do so using a separate sheet of paper. It is extremely important that your correspondence is legible and in the correct order. Ensuring your documents are legible and in the correct order allows us to be efficient while keeping your personal file accurate.

You can mail, e-mail, fax, or hand deliver your correspondence.

Mail or hand deliver your correspondence to:

Email your correspondence to:

Fax your correspondence to:

CRB processes your updates:

Within 48 hours of receiving your correspondence, Credit Restoration Bureau's processing department will send you a confirmation e-mail listing all of the changes made to your credit file and provide you a link to view all of your accounts in dispute and their current status. This should answer any questions you may have in regard to your account. Should you still have questions, this would be the appropriate time to contact the processing department via phone at 888-342-6758 or email at processing@creditrestorationbureau.com. Our processing department will be more than happy to answer all of your questions. Please keep in mind that it is necessary for us to receive your updates prior to discussing them with you.

CRB continues the credit restoration process:

After making the proper adjustments to your personal file, Credit Restoration Bureau will then analyze your developing credit situation, modify our method of dispute and take the necessary steps to resolve your remaining disputed items. This is the step in the credit restoration process at which it is beneficial to have CRB working for you thanks to our staff of subject matter experts in: Credit Restoration, Credit Management, Credit Law, Debt Negotiation, Real Estate and Mortgage Banking. Depending on your specific credit situation, experts in these fields will work together to devise a custom plan designed to resolve your remaining disputed items.

Continue to receive and forward your correspondence to CRB:

Throughout your membership, you will see a fluctuation in the quantity of correspondence you receive from the three credit bureaus. During those periods of time you are receiving fewer responses from the three credit bureaus, it is important to understand that much of the correspondence is being sent directly to the attorney representing your credit file. That correspondence is then forwarded to our processing department. After receiving the correspondence from the attorney representing your file, the processing department will make the appropriate changes within our system and send you an e-mail confirmation listing all of the changes made to your credit file. This should provide you with assurance that CRB is still actively working to rectify your disputed accounts. There will also be a link provided to view all of your accounts in dispute and their current status. If you have questions, please contact the processing department via phone at 888-342-6758 or email at processing@creditrestorationbureau.com.

The remainder of your membership:

After a few months our processors will find out which of your accounts if any, are going to be problematic. Please keep in mind that we will continue to diligently work on your credit file for your entire membership period. But, as we continue to resolve your credit accounts, we will center our focus on those that are problematic to ensure that even the most difficult credit accounts get the attention they deserve to improve the likelihood they are resolved to your satisfaction.

You will continue to receive correspondence throughout your entire membership. Although you are nearing the end of your membership period it is still important to forward the correspondence you receive from the credit bureaus to us in a timely fashion in order for us to obtain optimal results. We will continue this process for the entire membership period. But please remember that our success depends on your participation.
